1. Who we are

This online store, Missmimo, is operated by David Blanco (Frauenfelderstrasse 53, 9545 Wängi, Switzerland; kontakt@missmimo.com). In these terms, "we" means Missmimo and "you" means the person visiting or buying from the store. The store runs on the Shopify platform.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order you accept these Terms of Service, together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies. We may update them at any time; the version that applies is the one published when you place your order.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as carefully as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Prices are shown in euros (or in the currency you choose) and include the taxes applicable in the European Union. Shipping is free.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors and to limit quantities per order.

4. Orders and payment

The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email.
Payment is made securely through the methods available on the checkout page. We do not store your card details.
We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if we detect possible fraud; in that case we will refund the full amount.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping and return times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If a product arrives faulty, the statutory warranty rights you have as a consumer also apply.

6. Use of the products

Our products are personal care and wellbeing tools, not medical devices. Always follow their instructions. Consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or wear an electronic implant.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and design of this website may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website or incorrect use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
