Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
  • For hygiene reasons, personal-use products (facial heads, brushes, curlers, rollers and similar) can only be returned unopened and sealed, unless they arrive faulty.
  • We do not accept returns sent without contacting us first.

How to request a return

You can request it yourself from My account: sign in with your email, open the order and tap "Request return". Or, if you prefer, just email us:

  1. Email us at kontakt@missmimo.com with your order number, the product and the reason. If you can, attach a photo.
  2. We will reply within 48 hours with the instructions and the return address.
  3. In some cases we may be able to refund you without you having to send the product back.

Return shipping costs

The customer arranges the return shipment: choose any carrier you like and send the parcel to the address we give you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty, damaged or wrong. In that case, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or video of the problem and we will send you a new one or refund the full amount, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know by email. If it is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Cancellations

For 15 minutes after your purchase you can review and correct your order yourself from My account (for example, the delivery address). After that, you can cancel it free of charge as long as it has not been shipped: email us as soon as possible at kontakt@missmimo.com.

Right of withdrawal (European Union customers)

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy extends this period. To exercise it, simply let us know clearly by email.
